I have been a Realtor in the Siouxland area since 1981 and through-out my 40+ years Real Estate career, I have had the good fortunate of assisting over 1700 families in the buying and selling process.

I am hardworking, experienced, knowledgeable, and realize the importance of keeping clients informed through-out the entire buying and selling process.

I have earned the designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate Residential Institute (GRI) accreditations.

I have consistently been recognized for receiving the top achievement awards for my real estate production. Proof I live by my statement "If It Matters To You, It Matters To Me!"

Between Bob & I we have been blessed with 6 children & 12 grandchildren.

Having been born & raised in Sioux City I've seen a lot of positive changes to our community over the years.

In my spare time I enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles, working the Jumble word puzzles, and playing Spider Solitaire.  I also love spending time with my family to celebrate birthdays and holidays.  One of the on-going traditions we've shared over the years is the traditional Easter egg hunt hosted at our house & although many of the grandchildren are college age and beyond, they still look forward to it.

On a fun note, I surprised myself by making it to the top of the climbing wall at Long Lines Rec Center.

I have been a member of PEO Chapter GZ, and a past Board member of the Sioux City Business Bureau.  In addition to that I was a long time volunteer for Meals On Wheels, am an on-going supporter and contributor of United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and a bell ringer for the Salvation Army because I believe strongly on giving back to our community
